The Waynes Trading Coffee Sourcing Portal is a dedicated submission platform that connects coffee producers, cooperatives, exporters, washing stations, estates and professional traders directly with the Waynes Trading sourcing team. Instead of relying on fragmented emails or broker introductions, suppliers can submit complete lot specifications, quality and cupping data, certifications, traceability and EUDR documentation, commercial offers and logistics details through a single, structured form — in their own language.

Once a submission is received, it is reviewed by Sofia, our coffee buyer, together with the procurement team. The platform supports the full sourcing workflow: initial qualification, sample requests, commercial discussion and progression toward trade. An optional free supplier account lets submitters save drafts and track the status of every coffee they have offered. Built-in document intelligence reads uploaded cupping reports, spec sheets and certificates and pre-fills the form, lowering the effort required to submit a complete, reviewable lot.

The portal is built and maintained by Waynes Trading, an international coffee trading company. It is designed to be transparent and professional: we do not guarantee purchase, and every offer is assessed on quality, fit and availability. Our goal is to make it simple for serious suppliers anywhere in the world to present their coffee for consideration, and to make the evaluation process clear and consistent for everyone involved.
